The William Goodhugh referred to near the end of the will is William Goodhugh III (b. 24 February 1761) and his children who are subsequently mentioned are Richard Goodhugh (b. 1794, watchmaker), Ann Goodhugh (b. abt. June 1796) and Sarah Goodhugh (b. 1798).
There is no mention of William Goodhugh’s first child, William Goodhugh IV, who was married and died in an asylum twenty years after this will was proved. Why not?
This Sarah Goodhugh née Hinds was the sister of Susannah Clackett née Hinds who married William Goodhugh (1761-1829).
The administration of the will was wound up late in April 1865.
